Job Title: Boys Hostel Warden (Residential)

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations of the boys' hostel, ensuring hygiene, discipline, and decorum.
Ensure safety and security of male students, monitoring attendance, visitors, and permissions.
Enforce rules, resolve complaints, and coordinate with staff (housekeeping, security, maintenance).
Provide counselling, handle emergencies, and conduct regular meetings.
Maintain records, inventory, and organize activities.
Qualifications
Graduate with 2-3 years' experience in hostel supervision or student mentoring.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
· Language (Mandatory): English, Hindi and Kannada.
